To update your account information is very simple!
After logging in, go to the “My Account” section to complete your profile details. On the left side, there is a menu with the options Addresses, Payment methods and Account details. Make sure to update them all.

In “Payment methods,” you can add a credit card to pay for future orders. 

You can also authorize us to use your credit card for convenience. All you have to do is fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and send it to us signed. 
Placing an order is very simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Add to Cart:
Select the desired products and quantities, then click “Add to Cart.”
2. Review Order:
Once all items are in your cart, go to “View Cart” to review your order.
Ensure all quantities and selections are correct.
3. Apply Discounts or Codes:
If you have a discount code or special promotion, apply it at this stage.
4. Proceed to Checkout:
Click “Checkout” to review your shipping details and payment method.
Confirm everything is correct before submitting your order.
 
To ensure timely deliveries, it’s important to select your preferred delivery day and place your order according to the following
schedule:
  • Monday Delivery: The PO must be submitted by Friday at 9 am.
  • Wednesday Delivery: The PO must be submitted by Monday at 9 am.
  • Friday Delivery: The PO must be submitted by Wednesday at 9 am.
Plan Ahead
You can place your order up to 2 weeks in advance.
Please ensure your order is placed before the cutoff time to ensure your selected delivery day.
This allows us to process and deliver your order on your chosen date.
We deliver to the following areas:
  • Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam:
    • Free delivery is available for orders of $200 or more.
    • For orders under $200, a delivery fee of $20 will apply.
  • Outside of Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam:
    • A delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders, regardless of the order volume.
We strive to accommodate as many locations as possible within our delivery network.

Yes, there is a minimum order requirement for free delivery:

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also track your order directly through the Wholesale Portal under the “Orders” section.

Our meals come in round organic containers with a standard lid. If you prefer, we also offer MAP packaging for an additional $0.50 per meal, which extends shelf life.All our products are carefully designed to stay fresh and maintain their quality when stored in the refrigerator.
  • Meals and Wraps
    • Standard Lid: stays fresh for 5 days
    • MAP Packaging: stays fresh for 7 days
  • Energy Bites: stay fresh for 14 days
Note: Wraps and Energy Bites should always be refrigerated.

Return Policy​

If you receive a damaged or expired product, or experience any other issue, we’ll gladly issue a credit or replacement. To help us process your request quickly, we ask that the item(s) be returned to our facility.
Please notify us within 24 hours if a product is damaged. For other issues, please contact us before the best-before date. Our team will guide you through the simple return process.
No — there’s no extra cost to you! We’ll pick up the product during your next delivery.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll process your credit (applied in the next payment cycle) or send a replacement with your next delivery.
